Own Your Own Shoppe:

Full-size Shoppes (19’ x 19’) rent for $300/month.  Smaller Shoppes are priced according to square footage at basically the same rate per square foot.  Utilities are included. 

You must tend your own Shoppe or arrange for it to be tended on your behalf.  You may keep it open anytime Riverside Mill is open, as you choose, but we require that you be open on most week-ends or risk losing your spot, as we want to maintain a lively atmosphere on our downstairs “main street”, particularly on week-ends.

Leases are month-to-month.
